Hi,

Been trying to find a great Lancia Delta to replace the San Andreas Club car (it looks like a Golf GTI). The problem though is when I go into the IMG tool to find the club car I can't find it. Club.dff only brings up golfclub.dff which is a weapon. Can anybody help me with this please.

Anyone ? Anyone know what the name for the Club car is when you try to find it in the GTA3 file when using IMG 2.0 ? Unlike cars like the Washington which you can find just by typing washi to find the dff/txg files, the Club car cannot be found this way. So if anyone knows please could you let me know.

Confusing. For me Club is named club.txd and club.dff in gta3.img. Maybe somehow you've deleted the two files? If you just can't find them from the .img-file, try importing new, modded club.txd/.dff in gta3.img and try in-game.

And by the way, does Club spawn properly in-game?

Thanks for replying man, wasn't sure if there was life on here still.

As for the Club spawning, yeah its fine and before they were popping up for fun when I was looking for a different car lol. Been through other files to see if it was a different name but its club on every other stat.

I'm really new to using mods, but I'm certain I've not deleted anything like that. Is there a way I could get new files for that particular car ? I normally only back up before adding a new mod, then deleted the backup to create a new backup if the mod was a success. And when replacing dff and txd files, I only replace... not delete.

So yeah the Club car is appearing in game just fine, I just can't find the files for it.


EDIT : I do have backup file from the very start of the game miles away from any other files so don't touch it. Looked in that for the Club dff/txd and again it only comes up with golfclubs lol. At first I thought it was Rockstar making fun because the Club is much like the Golf GTI =GolfClub lol. But nah there is a golf club melee weapon lol.

Hmm, really wierd, as if Club is spawning, it has to be somewhere in the files, and I highly doubt you can move it from another .img-file to another by mistake.
Try searching for clover.txd, the club.dff/.txd should be right below it. I guess it could be a mal-function in the tools search-component.

And, I'd recommend to use IMG Manager v1.5, reliable and fast.
