So I ran a benchmark with my PC just for sh*t and gigs and was reading over it and noticed something. My results were;

System memory usage: 49%
Video memory usage: 97%

Graphics Settings
Video Mode: 1920 x 1080 (60 Hz)
Texture Quality: High
Texture Filter Quality: Highest
View Distance: 100
Detail Distance: 100

Hardware
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Service Pack 1
Video Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
Video Driver version: 306.23
Audio Adapter: Speakers (USB Audio Device)
AMD Phenom™ II X4 965 Processor

I do not own a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT, I infact own two gtx 560's SLI. So how can I change this?

People usually during upgrading just take the old hardware out and plug the new hardware in, without uninstalling anything beforehand. Usually, that works out OK, but GTAIV likes to pick up on everything.
If that's your case, it would be advisable to completely uninstall the nvidia driver package, reboot and install a fresh batch from their site.
Additionally, the benchmark tool is broken and you should ignore it completely.

Second thing you'll want to do is to disable the SLI for GTAIV as it can only give you problems and no performance benefits.
