Hey, I know there is another topic about the same thing but it seems I can't change the topic or delete it but about my problem. I am trying to export a model from 3ds max to .dff with Kams script.
This is how it should look like:

And everytime I export it changes into this.

Does someone have a clue what is happening. BTW this is not my first time doing this it has been a while but I know the basics.

There can be 2 reasons.
1 - Your model is too large for a .dff, check if your model is larger than 512*512 (I'm not sure on the size, search for informations using Google)
2 - Something strange happened in the .dff export, It happened to me too! To fix the error try to convert the model to an editable poly or export the model as a .3ds and re-import it into 3ds max, sometimes it functioned for me.

It's a well known issue with kam's scripts, you can't really do nothing about it... but luckily we've had our savior seggaeman who came up with a brand new whole script and fixed this problem for us tounge.gif
