Hello, i am wondering if people are allowed to upload walkthrough videos WITH cutscenes on YouTube as long as they give full credit to R* and Take2.

Cutscenes are allowed. Go ahead! Plenty of videos have cutscenes, like SSOHPKC has a GTA lets play (Has 600k subs) so go ahead.

Just make sure your account isn't one that's set up to make money from adds and/or money from the amount of views etc. That's where it can get messy.

SSoHPKC has only ads on his GTA IV videos. However, he doesn't show adds on his EFLC videos........ Do you think it's ok?

Essentially, if someone's making money from something not owned by them, it's bad (idk if it's illegal or not but messy all the same)

I dunno, I don't work for Youtube. Upload the videos, you'll probably get a warning before anything. Follow the warnings and rules.

I've seen ads on GTA IV videos, but I dunno if the videos were taken down seconds after I watched it or never.

I remember when the game first game out, even GTASeriesVideos and GTAMission weren't allowed to use cutscenes. But the game is older now and I don't think rockstar really cars anymore. I think they took cutscenes down because of spoilers or whatever. but AFAIK, you are allowed use them now.
