Well, I didn't find a topic to post this in.
I found out that the hunter is not the only attack helicopter with peds, the cargobob is also! It can fire 4 rockets that will almost always kill you, however it's slower than the hunter, so i guess that's fair.
I'll make this topic better tutorial-like if it proves to be useful. You can also give other special vehicles.
EDIT: I retried it, it works but shoots 1-2 rockets and not frequently, I don't know why but when i tested it before it seemed more aggresive as it sometimes shoot continouesly like automatic, perhaps there's special settings or just a glitch. Well it still works as a weaker alternative to the hunter.

Play my chopper down mission, destroy the hunter, and stay in the open and eventually it will shoot. Or you can make a little test mission with an attack player car behaviour ped. And Ghost seem to know about it

When i was making MDC Ep.1 pt.1 i made Cargobob to attack me and he f*cked me up with rockets. Anyway congratulations on founding it by yourself.

Yes but peds don't use it.

Sorry to burst your theory, but really almost any chopper can shoot rockets if you spawn the chopper higher than the player.

Gooby plz, every chopper/helicopter can attack you when actor have "attack player" behavior.

You're wrong, I tested it, it only works with cargobob and the hunter.

actually even the sparrow or seasparrow can fire rockets when i play Codename Zulu`s final mission i mission fail cause of a sparrow/seasparrow fired me with rockets

Oops, i forgot about the sparrows, all i know is that it doesn't work with the maverick, cop maverick, raindance, news maverick
