 logo and intro

 not displaying intro movies when changed

hi,i have changed logo and intro video from movies folder but it doesn't work no movie is shown why? panic.gif
yes it is mpeg format facedesk.gif

What's the extension of your movie files? AVI, WMV, MPG?

Intro & logo video require MPEG format...So if it is not MPEG then you will have to convert it into MPEG
