Yes. The Sultan RS is classified as a supercar. However, the OP's question is 'which supercar in TBoGT is your favorite'? TBoGT has its own exclusive vehicles (i.e. the Bullet GT and the F620) that cannot be found in IV or TLaD. Here's a complete list of vehicles found in TBoGT.

It's real life counter part Ford GT was my favourite car back when I played San Andreas; So I obviously used the Bullet allot back then. I was sad to find out it wasn't in Vanilla GTA IV

this is excellent point. i never saw sultan rs until tbogt drug wars, so i always thought that is when they appeared. same for the premier - i had been thinking until just last week that it was a multiplayer only vehicle like the stinger, until i finally found one in berchem
i hope the have a skyline knockoff in 5 again like they did in san andreas
