Okay, umm, I'll help.

First, if you want to know how to go into multiplayer, follow these steps.

Make sure you have Xbox Live Gold, Playstation Network, or Windows Live if you want to play GTA IV's multiplayer. Start the game, pull out your phone, and click on 'Multiplayer'.

And there's numerous modes in the game. I recommend Free Mode just to make new friends and such.
