Cleo 4 Install

Dat sh*t Crayy Group: Members Joined: Aug 28, 2012	Hiya, When i try to install Cleo 4, It always comes up with the error: Can not complete this action, 'Ignore, Abort or retry etc' What should i do with this error? When i ignore them, Cleo simply does not install, Retrying doesn't work? What should i do? Help will be vastly appreciated, Thanks!
