Help with cleo?

Dat sh*t Crayy Group: Members Joined: Aug 28, 2012	Hiya, Im trying to download compact.exe for cleo (SA), But every time i click open, It starts another download? Anyone know why? Thanks This is the link btw: http://public.sannybuilder.com/gtasa_exe_idb/compact.rar

Download Winrar Then Go To Downloads Folder And Open The File then click on the exe file .
