I have been told that I should get a new computer build if I want to play GTA IV and some newer games, here are my current specs:

Processor: Intel® Celeron® CPU 900 @2.19GHz
Installed memory ram: 4GB RAM
Graphics card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I would like to be able to run V and IV I suppose.

If you don't plan to overclock your CPU, then i3-2120 would be a better choice than Phenom.

Also, I couldn't find any reviews of this PSU, I'm not so sure if it's a good deal. Especially seeing as it's suspiciously cheap (600W version costs the same BTW).

Uhm, I doubt that IV runs maxed out at a decent FPS with an i3, not to mention V would probably need a quad-core to run at the highest settings.

The 2120 does better than the Phenom, not by a whole lot but it is better, then again you can overclock the phenom, i am not sure on the 2120 if you can do it stably since it isn't a "K" edition.

You can do a stable OC on i3-2120, but you won't achieve amazing results. +3-5% at best.
