Every now and then when I open a topic this page comes up instead, it's actually getting pretty annoying, anyone else have this or know how to fix it?

Find a legitimate anti virus scanner and do a full scan. It looks like you have either an adware, spyware infection, or browser hijacker. "Surveys" are one of the most common phishing scams on the internet. They're actually trying to hold your access to a legitimate website hostage in order to persuade you into surrendering sensitive information.

Or, since you already have Chrome, install AdBlock. It's blocked every survey or fake virus scan for me, even on virus-ridden websites.
