is there a GTA IV 99% savegame

Crackhead Group: Members Joined: May 27, 2012	I just wanted to see what happens when you get to 100% so I was wondering if there was a save that was 99% complete and all I had to do was one stunt jump or one more side mission. Is there a save like that?

Not sure if anyone has a save but all that happens is you get the 'Key to the city' achievement . You can also buy unlimited ammo.
