Okay, I'm looking for someone who can find that file and make it reflect on the road anytime, not just when it's raining. It'd be very interesting mod.

Here are a few screenshots.

I guess it's same as lensflare, only some people have it.

I don't know, I maybe have this because I downloaded specificied torrent, dunno.

Well, all I need is qualified scripter / modder. It's maybe hidden somewhere in the weather scripts, so they can just change it to regular weather / all weathers. smile.gif

@Dumbass-Productions

I guess there should be, DK22Pac made his LensFlare-plugin to simulate original lens flare, and not make it appear. He also made a small script (@Vol-gta) which enables original one. Though, I'd only trust people who really understand how RenderWare works.

@USP45

Well, this forum has anti-warez policy... sly.gif
And for enabling it for every weather, I'd go for DK22Pac, though he is busy with other, more important projects. It's not easy & fast thing to do, it requires advanced coding skills to find correct addresses from game engine.

Well it really depends on the graphic card. I played it on my old PC with an 7300LE (Haters gonna hate) and those effects were there but not on my G310 confused.gif

DK22Pac should really make a script to enable them. That would give a huge atmosphere boost and would look superior in GTA VCS: PC Edition and GTA SA: Project Liberty

I've a sh*tty computer, I'm telling you.
Please, let some experienced modder/scripter say if it is possible or not, so we can continue.

Not only San Andreas have this problem. Also GTA 3 and Vice City have it. I've installed GTA 3 on a computer in my school and took a screenshoot.
This is the result:

I think it really depends which graphic card you have. The older graphic cards display everything correct.
It seems that the new graphic cards doesn't load the coronareflect texture which you can find in particle.txd confused.gif

EVERYTHING is possible. Not everything should be attempted.
