GPu isn't listed on the screen, please post a screenshot from Graphics tab in CPU-Z.

Also, I hope you know that your motherboard won't support this Phenom, nor DDR3 memory?

If you don't plan to overclock nor upgrade the CPU to high-end AMD FX in the future, any cheap mobo will do. E.g. Asus M5A78L-M.
Though, if you don't plan to overclock the CPU i3-2120 might be a better choice than Phenom (with cheap mobo like ASRock H61M-S).

Why get an AMD if you don't plan to overclock and run it to the ground biggrin.gif
Post a link to some local store you intend to buy from, you'll get more concrete information that way.

GPU need uprading too, even i7 would struggle to run the game fluently with 8400GS on board.

MSI 970A-G46 is a decent and relatively cheap mobo ofr OC.

So I have to buy:
A New Mobo
A New GPU
New Ram Memmory
New Video Card
And of course, the Processor, in order to run the game perfectly?
Is that it?

Also, do you know any good cheaper GPU's for that?

Maybe Radeon HD7770? It shouldn't be that expensive, and it's pretty decent.

Alright, I should buy it in this order:
Mobo: MSI 970A-G46
Processor: AMD Black Edition - AMD Phenom II X4 3.6 GHz
GPU: Radeon HD7770
RAM Memmory: 8GB (4x2).
Okay, so I found the Mobo for 60 Euros, the Processor is 74 Euros, GPU is 69 Euros and I know where can I find Good RAM.
Okay then, anything else that needs upgrading? Or I can start shopping now.

Buy two 4GB sticks, not the other way round, because it makes no sense.
What power supply do you have? Please post brand, model and wattage of your power supply.

ATX Switching Power Supply, LC420H-12, 420 Watts.
I can't buy a new one though, since I just bought it 2 Weeks ago.

LC420H-12? Well... from what I found this is a very, VERY old and cheap design, with just only 180W on 12V rail. I'd strongly advise against overclocking your PC if you keep that PSU.

The label clearly states it has 15A on 12V rail, and 15 * 12 = 180W. I wouldn't really call it a 420W PSU, more like 200 - 250W tops. Seeing as this PSU was produced by Huntkey, the fact that it has much less power than its name may suggest isn't much of a surprise.

Sticker itself says, 420WMAX,
But I used to run IV in Lowest Settings with 30 FPS on a worse PSU,
also used a program called Folding@Home to run it 48 days until it went down,
Is it okay if I Overclock my PC and later buy a new, decent (But cheaper) PSU?
Any suggestions for it?

420W is not the max continuous power, but rather max peak power, which is pretty much irrelevant. I bet this PSU was really cheap, and , frankly speaking, got what you paid for - a piece of crap.

As I said - I wouldn't do any overclocking on this PSU, unless you want to break it.
