hello guys i have a very big problem i just bought gta 4 from flipkart.com for Rs 374 legal copy orginal serial key and activated it offline
so after that i put in there swift shader in gta 4
and when i run something like this comes
after loading the game

You are trying to run game off intergrated graphics chip
Although on some systems it does run, it is not supported
This more than likely is your problem
You need a dedicated graphics card of a certain spec to get good performance
Maybe a good time to upgrade PC?

lol man right now i dont have much money to upgrade pc i will buy it in next year

everything is low . integrated chipset don't even think about it , ram you're short too and cpu is really low too . when you can't upgrade there's still the modding solution that works very well but at least you need to be able to start the game , and with your hardware , it's gonna be quite tricky i think

i can start the game with swift shader even i can drive cars move my character kill peoples xD but only with swift shader

You're running it on a PC that is hardly capable of running an Operating System let alone GTA IV.

There's not a whole lot you can do to get it working without doing some hardcore modding etc.
