Crosshair Delay (Circle Gun Aim)

My cross hair on SAMP has a delay.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 23, 2011	On SAMP when I aim my gun, the crosshair takes 1 second to appear, It's annoying because I find it hard to kill people with this. How do I make the crosshair appear instantly? Thanks... Also I bought this GTA SA at my local gamestop so don't worry...

Shoot Looters, Hang Pirates! Group: Members Joined: Dec 25, 2006	Did you install anyother mods? Are you playing with the Original DVD in the Drive? How did the game play before you modded it? Which Items of advice you have given others did you apply to your problem?
