Downpatching EfLC

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 21, 2012	Hey guys, apparently I have the pirated EfLC with which I tried to install the WTC mod Version 0.3. The WTC Installer won't allow me to download versions 1.1.1.0 and 1.1.2.0 but only 1.0.0.0, so I downloaded that and installed it successfully but the Twin Towers obviously didn't show up. Is there anyway I could downpatch EfLC without having to access Rockstar Social Club? I'm too lazy to install GTA IV onto my system!
