So on my car horns the sounds have been glitched, here is a video to explain it.

EDIT: It seems to be random.

Anyways right now I'm on the mission (ALT tabbed out) Farewell my love, and when I press S to brake, I hear a screech sound, and when I use my car horn I hear a helicopter.

Anyone know how to fix this or find what's causing it?

EDIT#2: Took off all mods and this issue is still here, the horns are normal for 5 minutes but then this glitch starts

Quitting the game then re loading fixed it.

Do you hav any sound mods installed? i mean, any helisounds , sirens or other new sounds? It can definitely bug up ur game....
try uninstalling the sounds i.e. engine sounds,sirens,train sounds,horn sounds or any other sounds that u installed recently..

Having modified sounds for sirens (in GENRL/bank_068) and crashing noises (GENRL/bank_033) tends to screw up horn sounds if the new sounds are longer/higher quality than the originals.

If you have sound mods installed, check the folder size of bank_033 (should be 1.16Mb or less) and bank_068 (should be 236Kb or less). If it's over, then you'll want to revert back to the original audio files, which should solve the problem.

Edit: Apparently some weapon sound mods will also cause horn sound bugs if the sampling rates on modded sounds are too high for the entire bank_137.
