I recently installed CLEO 4 it worked fine for an amount of time but then the game wont open
I tried to uninstall then reinstall CLEO4 but still so i decided to download CLEO3 and works fine
so is this a problem or i did somthing wrong?

Did you installed any mods even if they worked on CLEO 3 ??

actually to be accurate when I first installed it , it worked fine but when I restarted my PC it says gta_sa.exe error that dont send thing

You must check your DIR... if u see these files in your SA directory, then the problem is something else...
if u find anything missing, that must be the problem...
CLEO (folder)
CLEO4 (compiled HTML type file)
CLEO.asi
besides, u must install asi loader. (replace vorbisfile.dll and add vorbishooked.dll) normally it should hav been installed while Cleo4 installation
