I started a new game yesterday, and I was lucky enough to find a Banshee. I took it to my safehouse(in Hove Beach) and parked it in the space. I saved my game and turned my Xbox 360 off. Then, today I put my Xbox on and put my GTA IV disc in, but the Banshee was gone. I thought nothing of it, and I went and completed "Uncle Vlad". Afterwards, I parked a Blista Compact in my space and shut off my console, but when I loaded up GTA IV the Blista was gone. Does anyone know why my parking space is eating my cars and is there a fix to this problem?

Its possible that the idiot drivers are accidently bumping your cars off the space. Its very possible. Happens to me at the Algonquin penthouse parking spot.

That never happens to me at the Hove Beach apartment. It only happens to me at the Bohan apartment and Playboy's penthouse, and it does not happen often.

It happens. I ended up losing my Infernus that Bernie gave me. Here's some tips that I use:

1. Make sure your vehicles are parked within the lines and close to the curb. Try not to fit more than 2 vehicles in your space.
2. Hold down Y or Triangle to turn your vehicle off and get out. People have said that this seems to help.
3. Avoid causing any mayhem near your parking space. This causes people to accidentally drive into your cars and they might not end up saving. Also, cops tend to commandeer your vehicles if they need one. Watch out for that.

Is there a differance between pushing triangle and holding it down?

Yes. Just pressing Y/Triangle leaves the engine running, which is useful for a quick getaway, while holding Y/Triangle shuts the car's engine off and I think locks the doors. this is useful if you are parking a car so that nobody steals it.

Thanks, although I assume they can still steal it only they have to smash the windows? Also, does this logic apply to both single and multiplayer?
