Hi friends, there's a question which torments my mind..... One day I created this topic http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=501655 about Claude resemblance to a character (Lee-Harvey) of one of my favorite games, Sam and Max Hit The Road. One user, Mroz, wisely posted a link containing a post about the ARTIST who made Claude's ACTION FIGURE.

The artist, TrevorGrove, has a page in Deviantart. Read this conversation:

So maybe that's why Rockstar likes Claude so much! He is like one of the game developers So I went to a battle to discover which developer it is. The problem is that Rockstar employees are very discrete, so is not everyone who has picture and personal informations. I know a lot of EA Games employees, sometimes I even chat with them, but Rockstar Games I don't know almost anybody!!
After researching, I still don't know certainly who is the game developer that inspired Claude Speed!!
But I was suspicious about one developer, whose Facebook doesn't have a personal picture. Its picture is a Elvis drawning, and Claude does look like Elvis (in GTA 2 the Elvis lovers even though Claude was him), so maybe that's a hint?? This developer worked in games like GTA series (since GTA 2, that Claude is the protagonist) and Max Payne (and Max looks like Claude!!!!) But then I finally saw a pic of him, and he doesn't look like Claude
So I got no IDEA who is the inspiration of Claude!!!! Does anybody know?! Could anyone interested in GTA stories and curiosities help me in this search of the game developer who inspired Claude and maybe Max Payne(because they look like)?

Whoever it is may not even be at Rockstar anymore. Remember this is almost 11 years ago so whoever it is may look different.

Well, Max Payne's look in any of the games wasn't based on anyone working for Rockstar. In the first game the face was the game's writer, Sam Lake. Max Payne 2's face is actor Timothy Gibbs, and Max Payne 3 is Max's voice actor James Mccaffrey.

And whoever it is for GTA III might not even look entirely like Claude, either, even back then. I mean, the sculpt of the action figure never looked much like Claude to me (but I guess it's meant to be a more realistic model of him anyway).

sibs44 yes, but does anybody know about the GTA III developers? But I think he still works at Rockstar, because the action figure is new and it was based on him!
Claude94 yes, but what about Max Payne clothes, style....? I think the action figure looks like Claude, but older....
