Gta IV Loads forever

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 26, 2012	Gta IV starts up fine, then when it reaches the black screen with the loading text at the bottom right corner, the game never loads up! HELP ME PLEASE

I found out the problem though, if i have scripthookdotnet.asi installed it WONT work but the thing is lcpdfr wont work without it! HELP! Vice city citizen Group: Members Joined: Sep 26, 2005	scripthookdotnet.asi isn't the problem i use it here with an open map script and it works perfectly . check scripthookdotnet readme and see if you have the good one (for 1.0.7.0)

Vice city citizen Group: Members Joined: Sep 26, 2005	try to find your graphic card brand name and your windows version . if you don't know how to do then search for an online service , i believe such thing should exist .. then search for your graphic card driver (most often on manufacturer site) and for direct x libraries (Microsoft site)
