I think he was speaking in English, in case you didn't notice.

Anyways, is there a certain budget you're willing to pay?
Are you willing to buy from an online retailer? If so, do you live in the US?

Not at all.

What's wrong with yojo's build? it's almost the best thing you could get for that budget.

Except the CPU, it's a Llano X4, I'm pretty sure you could get a Phenom X4 with that price, right yojo?

Well, it will be a tad more expensive, and this build is overbudget already. I've actually considered i3-2120, but the whole rig costed ~$490 then.
Still, Llano isn't half that bad, the biggest advantage that Phenoms have is the higher clock.

As for the EVGA 6200... hell, I'm not even sure if this crap would run GTA3 smoothly. I'm dead serious.

so far, i smell a smart @$$ troll, and asking if a 6200 would run GTA IV makes them REAL SUSPECT.

Well, you just overpaid $30 on the CPU. A6-3670K is pretty much the same as Athlon II X4 641 - though it has an integrated graphics card, but you won't use it anyway. And this CoolerMaster PSU is cheap for a reason - it's mediocre at best. Very outdated design.

IMO $30 is nothing I just care if the setup is good not if I waste $30
Also I pay in Euros not in Dollars
