Intro
man's greatest ambition in life is
to succeed. In Liberty City, success is subjective. In a place where corruption, blackmailing and manipulation are used by one to achieve his quest of rising and staying on top, one must at times rely on others, with the same goal of success. Gangs have grown over the years in Liberty City; it is more difficult to break a faction than a One-Man Army. Friends looking out for each other and striving for power in a clash that haunts the city. The sounds of gunshots, the nozzle flash, and the cries for mercy... that is what separates those who will succeed and those who will rest lonely in their graves. As a player, you must role-play through the life of a character that is of your choice. Make your decisions, follow your own path and find success in a rough town like Liberty City.

Rules
1. Fear Factor: If a firearm is drawn at you, you must freeze, you cannot do anything and must do as the persont that has drawn the weapon say's.
2. RK: Random killing, You cannot kill any player for no reason, you must have a reason to kill this playe
4. Police officers have tazers if hit by one bullet you must stop.
5. Running in a zig-zag: You are not aloud to do this this is unrealstic.

Starting Up:

Players will pick what they want to be whether that will be part of a firm, a civilian or a police officer. All players will start off with $1,500

The Gangs:

There are two gangs I have chosen and they are two English (gangs/Firms) They are football firms. These are the:
West Ham United Firm (Bushwackers) V The Millwall FC Firm (Inter city firm)
If you don’t understand who these are just type them into google, They are the two biggest firms in Britain.


Police:

There will be 4 police officers. And one will be a leader of the 3 other police officers. I will decide this person.

Police men have tazers (There Glock) If shot once you must stop.
The police can stop and search any person, vehicle, and anything in or on the vehicle for certain items. However, before they stop and search they must have reasonable grounds for suspecting that they will find:
• stolen goods, or
• drugs, or
• an offensive weapon, or
• any article made or adapted for use in certain offences, for example a burglary or theft, or
• knives, or
• items which could damage or destroy property, for example spray paint cans.
If a serious violent incident has taken place, the police can stop and search you without having reasonable grounds for suspecting they will find the items.
When the police stop and search you, they must provide you with the following information before the search can begin:

• information on your rights
• the police officer's name and police station
• the reason for the search
• what they think they might find when they search you.

Health:
If you’ve lost health and want to regain your health, you need to call the banker and pay $200. Or call an ambulance and be treated for $50-$100 – The medic can decide.

Insurance

car Insurance:

Car Insurance will cost $200 every 2 Roleplays. To get car insurance you must call the Banker and ask for car insurance. And the money will be taken out of your bank account.

Character death:

If a character dies it cost £2000 too keep your character if you do not have the money, you must create a new character.

Robberies:
Players can take over other players' properties.
Like in any other Roleplay, once players wish to take over someone's property (regardless if it's a Gang or Civilian), they must call the host to inform them of the robbery. If a group of people plan the robbery, the lead person will be the one calling the host.
Once the host is notified, he/she will call the property owner to inform them of the robbery. After the owner is informed the host will call the robbers back and the robbery will start. (Owners cannot pretend to be AFK in order to delay the beginning of the robbery. If they do so, they will be banned.)
The leader of the robbery must stay inside the territory of the property for a certain time range without dying, in order to complete a successful robbery. Time will be kept by the host or staff.
Time Ranges:
Properties with game income from $0 to $5,000= 5 minutes.
Properties with game income from $5,001 to $10,000= 10 minutes.
Properties with a game income from $10,001 to $100,000= 15 minutes.
Properties with a game income of $100,001+ = 20 minutes.
The police may intervene in robbery situations.

Robbery Rules:
-Police cannot rob and or assist in robberies.
-A player cannot have more than one property being robbed at a time.
-In a successful robbery players only loose half of that properties income.
-A player may only be robbed two times in a game.
-Explosives cannot be used during robberies (only during Gang Wars as previously stated above).
-When a Robbery is called in and the robber is hiding the robber must inform the banker of an approximate location within the property bounds.
-Police can be called straight away. (Once the owner of the property is informed)

Drugs can be grown, at this moment in time you can only grow marijuana. Marijuana Takes 2 RP Games to grow (3 Ounces) – Must own a Property, Inform the banker that you are growing.
