QFT. Never heard of him before (at least didn't remember his name) and after looking at the list of movies he made, some of which were so crappy I never watched them until the end, IMHO it's no surprise he commited suicide. He had a brother who was in the same business as he was that overshadowed him dramatically in artistic vision and fame so he probably felt he wasted his life trying to become as good and/or famous as him. He failed, so he killed himself. Happens every day, who cares (well, his family probably). Besides, most people who play GTA have no idea what a certain bridge in a certain fictional city is supposed to look like, much less who committed suicide off its real life counterpart. As someone else said, if you're going to take out all things in GTA that are related to death in the end you'll be looking at a blank screen. ...who knows, maybe in V we'll have a random encounter with a Vinewood producer who, the last time we meet him, jumps off said bridge Btw for those who have no idea who this guy is/was, some of his movies: This post has been edited by baguvix_wanrltw on Monday, Aug 20 2012, 16:30

| I appreciate the honesty in this post, insincere Internet sympathy is the worst.

I appreciate the honesty in this post, insincere Internet sympathy is the worst. | It's not as bad as posturing cynics desperate to prove how little of a sh*t they give about everything, while offering the most superficial instances of armchair psychology imaginable. For example. Unless the next screenshots are part of a series called "Bridges", I don't think R* need avoid the Vincent Thomas Bridge in the future. What's sad about the thing is not the location, but the event. If you don't know Tony Scott's work, I'd recommend Beverly Hills Cop II, Crimson Tide, or Man on Fire.
