How to add neon light in gta sa?

Fahad Group: BUSTED! Joined: Apr 27, 2012	I am always importing a blue shade from gta ug in gta sa particle.txd shad_car. But neons doesn't appeared. Now what should i do ?

LOL Group: Members Joined: Jun 10, 2005	The shad_car is shown only with low video details in video settings. With medium and high video detail, the shadow is dynamic and shad_car won't be shown. You can add real neons with Pimp My Car Mod!

it adds some bags when i add neon , BTW, Ihav that mod...

Decorated As F*ck Group: Members Joined: Nov 12, 2010	Download the cleo DK22PAC made, it's probably the best neon mod you can get. You'll have to download it through vol-gta which means you need to sign up.
