He looks younger there. Either aging is part of the story or when we actually play the game he will look younger. I mean Niko could probably be really old.

I don't think he looks younger, I think its just his distance from the camera obscuring more facial features.
He's way too far away to make any comment on him looking any younger, and that whole scenario is really unlikely.
I would say it does confirm it's him though, although I was 90% sure it was him 10 months ago, so it's not a surprise. I've never seen the viewpoint of people who think it could be someone else.

These are the situations we've seen his character in so far. A close up on the character standing on a balcony, robbing a bank, driving two cars, flying a helicopter, and flying a plane.
I don't know about you, but I think it's pretty obvious he's the main protagonist of the game. There could be more (it doesn't look him riding the bicycle, although that could be a pedestrian), but given the amount of exposure he's had I think he's probably the main character.

Wow great screens. It looks like the ned luke guy, but i am not sure but whatever. It will be great. Since age is a factor to be honest I thought that Niko Bellic is kind of old? right? And Tommy Vercetti wasn't that young either right?

Well now we know the main charachter so thats something. The best thing that could happen now is a new trailer with a release date. But I doubt that to come true this week.
