Hey, I created this topic to discuss your dreams for GTA TCs lovers.
My dream is to transform Vice City to 2002 (16 years after original events and GTA Vice City's release year), to whereabout happens after Tommy avenged Sonny after 15 years of sentence.

It's Offtopic but you can post your dream to make a TC of any GTA III era PC game (Exception of LCS and VCS) here, about to change the active year events, for create a TC.

(PS: This topic is created after I played the OnePiece's Liberty City Twenty Ten MOD years ago and played BTTF Mod Team's BTTF Hill Valley Mod too, who anywhere can discuss about TC of change year events)
