Objects and Textures are loading so slow almost the entire world in game is missing... I have not yet figured out the cause of this issue. But it feels as if the game cannot be played any how or way I try. Does anyone have a command line or something to help with this issue???

i7 2700k 3.9ghz
ATI radeon 6950 2gb DDR5
16gb @1600mhz DDR3

Track IR 5 and a new keyboard and mouse
Everything else is built into my Intel motherboard

I'm not very familiar with the ATI control panel, but you should be able to create a performance profile for GTAIV.exe and there force the 3D application settings. The problem is, GTAIV for some reason doesn't flip the 2D/3D performance switch, so you're currently running the game with integrated GPU.

Alternately, what apparently worked for some people is use of norestrictions command line switch http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=458859

ATI is not the problem here, new generation CPUs and chipsets are.

The problem is with sandy bridge the card performance stays on 2D performance with GTAIV, it doesn't even start using the discrete GPU. At least in some cases.
