wouldn't that be cool if somebody made a mod that would allow there to be random drive bys? like you can be chillin with grove street members then all of a sudden a ballas car can roll up and start blasting on you. it can be similar to how drive bys are during gang wars when you see a car indicated on the mini map and sh*t like that. i have no clue how to do that or if it is even possible but if it is somebody should totally make that mod!
