Who the f*cks on grass? Group: Members Joined: Jan 21, 2009	Is there a mod for just GTA4, I don't want to install a cop mod as I've tried them all. I just want to toggle the lights without the sirens. I've tried a few different ones but they don't seem to work correctly. Much appreciated in advance.

Who the f*cks on grass? Group: Members Joined: Jan 21, 2009	Yes, when I turn the lights on the top lights model flickers on and off and disappears when I turn the lights off. Not sure whats wrong with it.

Texture Modder Group: Members Joined: May 11, 2011	You need to use a vehicle mod that is ELS enabled. GTAPoliceMods and LCPDFR have a lot of ELS enabled vehicles.

Texture Modder Group: Members Joined: May 11, 2011	No, but if you go to LCPDFR, I think that somebody modified the stock GTA IV police car to make it ELS enabled.
