Valencia has pace, can cross, is strong, versatile in RB too and can pop up with a goal here and there to win you big games. No doubt Xavi & Pirlo are quality players but Xavi, if you really think about it, is a 10-15 yard passer for BARCELONA with Messi on the end of his passes! He doesn't tend to score a lot and is also in his 30's now, same with Pirlo. In my opinion, they're past there prime and there's only ten slots!

You never put your ten either.


@Chunk: Only player Spurs have with a chance of top ten these days is Luca Modric, and he's imminent to Real Madrid .

It's tricky to name Top 10 players as there's hundreds of class players who are good for different reasons, I'll just do a list of players i like to watch or admire for whatever reason.

8. Mats Hummels

I can see his point, for his position valencia is amazing, he is a classic winger, what a winger should be. I would rate xavi over him, and Pirlo alongside him personally

Hazard is top 3 on that list - easy. Pastore needs to be on there somewhere too.

And yeah, this list is too tough for me since I can think of many.. not in order.

Omg these lists are horrible. Obviously you all haven't been following football very long or rely on the words of other people to make your decisions.

Hummels, Pique, Valencia, Oscar, Neymar, Kompany, Gerrard, Benzema, Muller, Casillas, Reus in the top 10...is this some kind of joke thread? I suggest all of you actually watch football instead of basing it on ratings from FIFA or PES.

Just because you don't watch Serie A doesn't mean they're bad. Tevez is a great player and is top 10.
