i hv installed gta sa, so when i try to run it, im unable to load it & it is showing gta_sa.exe has stopped working, how to fix this error, I HVE re-instaled it manier tymes, run in all compatible modes as well as also as administrator. i hv also done dat advance settings things. so kindly help

Where have you got the game from? Do you play with the DVD in your drive? Do you have any mods installed? Try removing the gta_sa.set file located in the San Andreas User Files folder - if that doesn't work, remove San Andreas completely from your PC and do a fresh install, but try to install it in a different drive.

Did you or someone else modifiy the game before you tried to play it?
Are you playing with the DVD in the drive?

no modes are installed, i hv downloaded from the net. i dont know the version, i thnk its the normal version...
i have tried playing it with and without cd in the drive
i hv tried installing in different drives also but nothng happns. i hv installed it in my laptop

GTA: SA playing without the cd assumes you are using a no-cd crack.
You have downloaded the game from the internet but you have the dvd?
A bit confusing, you downloaded the game off from DirectDrive or Steam?
Be more specific, please.

i hv downloaded from frostwire and the size of the game 684 mb(highly compressed) and then i burn it in the dvd. and i tried running it with or without the cd but nthng happns

We can't fix a pirated game.
I'm sure that when you buy the real game on DVD (10$US amazon.com) you problem will go away. And in the unlikely event it dosen't then you can ask for help.
