I'm currently on 53.06% right after the mission "Undertaker" That Packie gives you.
I was wondering if I could get the under 30 hours achievement. I've been watching all the cutscenes.

How long does it say you've been playing the game in your stats? I wouldn't pay too much attention to the 5ge completed if you're going for the "Liberty City Minute Achievement" as you only need to do the main story missions for that. It's easily done, even if you watch all the cut scenes. I managed to do it in under 14 hours, admittedly skipping through the cut scenes, but you get the idea.

Sure, you'll get the achievement with time to spare. Just concentrate on the main story missions and once you've finished that, then you can go and do all the side stuff if you want to go for the 100% stat.
