Nah it's a good game that should've been current gen. I think it should be left alone. The movie and game pretty much cover every aspect of Tony's life. A sequel would feel like a cheap cash in IMO.

In many ways the game is a sequel. I suppose there could be a prequel about Tony in Cuba ( I know the tutorials  in the game kind of touch on it).

I'd just hate to see a great game ruined by a mediocre sequel. I felt EA f*cked up The Godfather by making II. The only difference being there was something to base it on. Another Scarface game would be like R* making a sequel to the Warriors as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah a prequel in Cuba would be better and if its made by R*= quality.

How the f*ck would that work? Montana didn't get into the drug trade until moving to the states.

Also I would rather have a spiritual sequel to the game, not a sequel.

They could make it about his past.

That still doesn't make sense, since he was not a criminal before moving to the states. There is no game you can do about his past.

That's simply not true. In the beginning of the movie Tony is denied his green card because of his prison tattoo that identified him as a prison hitman.

In all honesty? No.

Don't get me wrong; I thoroughly enjoyed The World Is Yours, as both a game and a 'what if?' scenario to Scarface. But I felt that it was a very nice, open-and-shut storyline. I'm just not sure how they could make a good, meaty sequel to it.

If anything, I'd love an updated re-release. Mostly because it's a pain to have to constantly change the number of CPU cores I have to use whenever I want to play it on the PC.

Most definitely... I loved that game. It was the only open world game I played that could stand up to GTA #FACT

It was. It was being worked on by Radical until activision bought them. They cancelled it. They made a big mistake. Whats funny? They made the same mistake again with Sleeping dogs.

If they're doing what-if scenarios then they should do a game where Elvira had the baby and now he's a grown ass man trying to be a drug lord just like his daddy. smile.gif

It's flawed but it's a great game
The non al Pacino voice actor does a phenomenal job as tony. Awesome soundtrack too

Im in favor of this, as well as a new Godfather game. They stopped making Godfather II copies, I managed to get one off of a friend several months ago.

I love GTA style games... duh

No offence to any final fantasy or crystal fans, but crystal dynamics bought sleeping dogs from Activision. They saved it. I wish crystal would buy Scarfaces game IP from Activision, unfortunately if they did, they would have to make tony emo, because there crystal dynamics. bored.gif

Oh, f*ck yeah!
Scarface is my favorite video game. I enjoyed playing it more than I enjoyed San Andreas or the original movie.
That game has awesome dialogue, awesome action, awesome side missions, and a separate island where there's no law or cops.

I don' t think there ever will be a sequel, even if million people wanted it, because Tony killed Sosa, got his revenge - and that's it. I can't think of any new storyline for Tony.

Well... he could expand his empire to L.A. or some other city and make new enemies.

I would like this, hopefuly they could cover Tony's army days and life in Havana in Act 1,and events of the movie in Act 2,with possibility of choosing between movie ending and TWIY beginning at the end of this new game.
