 how to edit camera height in zmodeler?

Please can someone make a tutorial on how to edit camera angle/height in zmodeler for imported cars.
When im driving a moded car in the game the camera is low I cant see where im going...

I'm begging you, please anyone...

u can edit it in the vehoff file in the same folder as the handling.dat. but i don't know how that file works, so i can't help with that

some mods requires u to edit that file in order to have a perfect camera position (such as one of the first person driver mods)

I changed the normal driving camera settings (FIELD BUMPER POS) and nothing changed...

Tried deleting the filelist.pak? (it has copies of some of the games files in it which causes problems with mods if it's not deleted)

didn't help...
I found a post somewhere where Rob.Zombie says that you have to edit the car in zmodeler for the normal driving cam

yes cam views can be properly edited with 3d modeling tools only . by modifying vehoff.csv you'll get a nasty "vibration" effect , and you risk of creating a huge mess . unfortunatly i do not know ZM enought right now to be helpful
