Sorry but this is sh*t. Roads are too grainy and the textures doesnt fit on the objects. Besides, the textures ruin the LCS atmosphere

Gotta agree with this. Roads looks too dark and grainy and even far more worse in the distance.
Hills also looks very grainy and and, the whole GTA3 looks plain sh*t.
You can't call this GTA: LCS, GTA: LCS never has those dark sh*t and grainy world.

If your going to do it in HD, you should:
-Keep the original atmosphere. Your doing LCS in HD, not something new. That means simply try to make original LCS textures, but in a higher resolution. Otherwise, its not LCS.
-Try not to make textures to HD otherwise it looks grainy.
-As your doing an HD mod, I'd recommend using Rage. Rage will make the models glossom, compared to SA.

Not everyone can run IV.. I can only run IV with 20 FPS on low settings. Although I can play millions of other games (maxpayne3, skyrim) etc. With 70fps, on Highest settings, because IV was a baaaad port.

Okay be reasonable. If you can run MP3 at around 70 FPS you can definitely get over 30 with IV. What patch are you using? Patch 4 is the best performance and modding wise.
