Are you aware that they just released a new game-mode yesterday for TF2 that requires you to pay £2 for every multiplayer round you play?
I would say CJ Projekt and R* are best in the industry, R* is starting to change though which worries me |
Sorry, but I don't believe that. Give me a legit source for this. As far as I know TF2 is free.. yeah, there are items which you can buy but nothing more. This would be beyond ridiculous if you have to pay more than 2€ for every MP match. No, it just can't be.
And R* isn't still the best in industry.. they use DRM, they release few small DLC packages for small price. I don't know how they would be better than Valve where they still update games which are like five years old or more, they release all their DLC for free (at least on PC). About the DRM (steam), yeah.. the only one downside. |
| QUOTE | Q: What is Mann Up Mode? When you play Mann vs. Machine on an official Mann Co. server, this is called Mann Up Mode. Mann Up Mode allows you to earn special item rewards and track your progress through various Missions. To enter Mann Up Mode, you must possess a Tour of Duty Ticket. |
costs 1 USD per ticket. and the ticket can only be used once. also non mann co servers are extremely buggy. most of them ive seen have very bad lags or glitched amount of users( eg it shows as 0/6 but when you join it shows 26/6) most of the non mann co servers are runned by players too so if the player has horrific internet you are probably gonna get affected. if you wanna know how bad it is. there is a 71 page petition on steam forums right now to get a unlimited ticket http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/show...d.php?t=2878816 This post has been edited by kudoboi on Saturday, Aug 18 2012, 09:02

f*ck me where from?? Musta been one good pizza |
Dominoes mate, there was a few. Robbin f*ckers. It was amazing though. But thats my point, so much money spent on something that took 10 minutes to make and 10 minutes to eat. Same for some other consumer items. GTA V has had a lot of dedication put into it. People working so many hours, people working and not having much time with their families because of it, 14 hour days. People, especially kids on this forum don't understand that and all of the underlying issues and problems that can come from working hard on something and dedicating most of your time to it. And thats not one, thats thousands of people. All of that and the game will still start at £40-£45 quid, in America $60 (which is so much cheaper when you translate to £). People want to sit there and piss and moan because the game hasn't been promoted that much recently, get a grip on yourselves. Lets get back on topic, back to the pizza. When you order a pizza, you don't order it because of what you assume it may be like, you will order that specific one because of how the last one tasted. I don't understand how that doesn't translate to games, especially with GTA. I'm excited for V because every past GTA has surpassed my expectations and I have enjoyed playing them and because of the little teasers of the game that we have seen. Be grateful. The game is not just for you. It's for them as well. They have lives and families and probably need this game to be on the market more than you do. GTA V has been in production for 5 years and is costing millions to come onto our shelves and has made a lot of developers and artists work unhuman hours to get it to you as quick as they can. It will still sell at the same price as the pizza . Grow the f*ck up.
You kids are ludicrous. |
That's exactly how my mind works. I can't think of any other product of the same value, that has given me so much enjoyment over tars. To say R* doesn't deserve our money, just because they are not drip feeding a steady stream of info is just plain ridiculous. I did a bit of part time pizza delivery at Dominoes & the mark up on the pizzas is ludicrous. You should try FlyHighPizzaPie.com next time, pizzas are out of this world but £40 each unfortunately. It's sad though - these pirates don't care about the livelihood of the devs ony their selfishness
