I am stuck at 97.14 percent.

I completed the missions with scores from 60 to 100 percent. Do I need to have more than 80 percent score for each mission?
Completed Activities, Random Pedestrians,50 seagulls,50 drug wars,club managements,cage fights,base jumps and triathlons.
Received all rewards, like APC, Gold Buzzard,Parachutes,weapons.
Friends Activities; Air hockey, drinking,pool,eating,golf and strip club. Low winnings in Darts.
Tony,Yusuf,Mori,Ray Bulgarin,Rocco 100 percent likes and respects.

Armando like 94 percent, respect 39 percent.
Henrique like 100 percent, respect 41 percent.
Those two respects won't go higher.
Henrique refuses to give me any cars over the phone.
Armando refuses to my requests for Gun Van.
Armando happy to hang out.

Assuming you've done all the story missions, these are the side missions/tasks you need to complete for the 100% stats:

Win Cage Fighting (separate to the mission)
25 Drug Wars
50 Seagulls
15 Base Jumps:
Club Management Missions:

That's it. If you still find you haven't got the stat, then I would redo the friend activities again.

I won a game of golf
I won a game of darts
I won a game of air hockey
I won a game of pool
I won the cage fights

so it comes down to champagne drink-off and dancing
I have had trouble with dancing
I did have a drink-off but not sure if it was champagne.
