That would be a good way to do it i think. I'd like to see a few races happen around me too. I went one the motorway last week and 6 super cars (ferrari, audi, 2 porsches and two others i dont know) wizzed past us and into the tunnel, hearing that epic VROOOM noise. I'd like to see that, maybe with the odd wipeout, or police chase. We shouldnt be the only racers/criminals being chased after all.

Damn every other city has the street racers apart from mine

The best I've seen was an unmarked nissan r34 chasing an audi tt...

On the subject of races, I WANT MCLA'S FREEWAY RACES THEY ARE SO EPIC. ALONG WITH THE RED LIGHT RACES.

F*ck it I want every race with detailed car customization like MCLA.

They must treat the street racers with more respect

RDR is my favourite game besides San Andreas and one of the reasons is those random shootouts you accidentally fall into, helping random strangers, random duels, more random things pls R* it's fun and just adds ugh I'm gonna have to say this word, realism, of the game.

Depends where in the US. In New York we have short block and a lot of lights so most of the street racing happens on the highways. In Cali, LA area they have long roads with less lights and less highways so they have street races right on the street.

thats a great question ,Cops may have been givin the upgrade of noticing more law breaking !!! ,it will be interesting to see how they have improved.

On Topic: Yeah ! tho i want to add to it , with all the cars driving around the map Some are fast cars may be ,this is an out there thought but what if they had something on the car that states there a racer & you flash the lights to race em.(Yes i know thats like midnight club) so change the flash he light to race ,to a fancy horn pattern ? but as said its an out there call.

I like the idea tho.

I thought here we go again with the ideas.. but this is good. They should also incorporate point to point races. Drag races might get boring after a while..GTA's cars acceleration is not spectacular.

Nice idea, one of the things that shouldn't happen too often though, or maybe have hotspots for races on certain days where the likelihood increases if your in the area.

Another option for people to consider, would you want wanted level to develop from races or not? I'm not keen on general traffic laws, but could add an extra dimension if they add race laws maybe, but of course would have downsides too probably.
I'm not sure either way but could be an interesting side point

Maybe when you pull up next to somebody at a traffic light and his reving his engine and your reving your engine and when the light turns green you either race a stretch, or chicken out. Either way its some kindof immersion.

Sounds interesting. Seeing NPC's doing the odd race themselves would be interesting too, just seeing someone else driving a bit faster for once!

Or NPC's street racing eachother Cops chasing them, You can join in and they have rallies,Parties like in fast and furious . I would love to see a random ped in a car getting hit by a street racer or i crash into one my self and they do like 500 barrel rolls XD good topic for you
