After seeing that there is going to be yet another Final Fantasy game, I got to thinking and was just wondering. If you could put an end to a series like Final Fantasy or any other. Which one would you choose and why?
I would have to go with Final Fantasy, as it's gone in a direction I feel is no longer true to what Final Fantasy is about. Granted it was cool that with FF8 that the character's were finally Human in nature. But I like the old school format.
Anyhow, just curious as to what others thought. 'Nuff said!
Any sports game. I f**king hate sports games. If only one series then it will be FIFA. One of the reasons I hate it is I told my cousin to buy RDR so that we could free roam together and that asshole got FIFA.

If GTA V doesn't set anything straight?
Then GTA, but let's keep our hopes up.
Diablo would be my second choice, I still can't understand why anybody finds this fun to play while all you do is kill the same enemies over and over again and grind the same levels, quests and dungeons.
Sports games are fantastic... well, some. I buy sports games once every 4 years and really only FIFA because it's one of the few sports franchises that's been managing to upgrade greatly in the past couple of years. It's essentially a completely new game.
I would end the stupid MMORPG/RPG games... yes, this means Skyrim. As well as the CoD series. It's had a good run but went downhill from CoD 2.
1. Call of duty- The series has def gone on way too long.
2. Spyro the dragon- The series was awesome and always had an emotional connection to me due to me growing up with it. However Skylanders is turning the series into the next call of duty milkathon. The series needs to rest in peace.
3. The Sims- Seriously how many times are they gonna reuse content for later expansions? The sims 2 expansions are now all redone for the sims 3. Seriously its repetitive. After the sims 2`s final expansion, that should of been it. And EA charges $20 to download a city into sims 3, when in sims 2 you can make your own free.
4. Silent Hill- I loved it. Unfortunately idiot developers ruined the series. Book of memories will destroy the series.
Carva for christ's sake stop bad mouthing games you have never played. I have never seen you play a single RPG. There is no series I would stop but I would limit how often games in a series can be released so games such as CoD and FIFA can only be released every 2 or 3 years.
4. Silent Hill- I loved it. Unfortunately idiot developers ruined the series. Book of memories will destroy the series.
Bring back team Silent the US developers have turned the series to dust! The only reason I buy the pc versions of any new release is because I am a fan of the series not for how great an individual game is. Hell Homecoming was awful... crashes, controls weren't mapped correctly (even when they were they didn't always work).

Wouldn't really end any series, seems selfish. Hypothetically though it would be FIFA.
