Game Freezes when passing 1st street light

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 26, 2012	Hello, all. The game freezes when I leave the island where the Vercetti Mansion is. Right when I'm about to cross the first street light I come in contact with. I installed Blue's GTAVC BTTF Mini Mod.
