Alright so I'm trying to make my vehicle lights stronger by adjusting the timecyc. I know it's possible, because I once managed to make the lights stronger by adjusting a value, I just don't have a clue which one. It could be in the "Other parameters" section in EditIV, but I can't seem to find it.

Now I know you can increase the vehicle lights strenght by adjusting the visualsettings.dat file, however it's already on a high value, and it works perfeclty at night. But recently I changed my daytime, and it included rewriting a few values and now I lost a lot of bloom in the process, so the lights aren't as strong as I want them to be.
Anyone know which value is it?

Also another question is, is it possible to reduce the street light's glow, without ruining other lights?

You can make stronger vehicle lights by lowering the "min" from luminosity in the "Visual effects" section, but this may influence the street lamp lights, also try with the "exposure".
About street light's glow, you can control them by the "intensity bloom" and "Fog start" (if you want to lower them, increace fog start and reduce intensity bloom), also you can change them by "54=Glow Lights Size"; "55=Lights Sprite Size" and "60=St.light power distance" from the "Other parameters" section in EditIV.

Thanks for the reply, I tried adjusting the "54=Glow Lights Size"; "55=Lights Sprite Size" and "60=St.light power distance" however it had no effect. Also exposure and mid grey value just makes my game brighter.
But I'm fairly certain there was a value, that when I increased, the vehicle's lights actually started glowing much stronger. I'm not talking about the sprite, I'm talking about the actual headlight glowing more. I'm afraid if I change the min luminosity, it'll make the whole game glow more, not just the lights. Also I haven't touched these values as far as I remember.
I also tried increasing bloom to like 15 from 5, and it had no noticeable effect.

What you mean "I'm afraid", just make a back up of your actual timecyc. dat and try whatever you want.
When you increase min luminosity the lighter spaces from lights will become darker and opposite.

Well that's what I've been trying to do, however it didn't really get me anywhere. I'll try to fiddle with the min luminosity, but we'll see.

Also that link you gave me modifys visualsettings.dat and lights_occluders.wtd. While visualsettings.dat can make your lights brighter, it's not what I want to modify, since it'd ruin the lights at night time. As for the .wtd file that has nothing to do with it at all. Also I'm not talking about the light that's projected onto the road. I'm talking about the actual headlights / tail lights / brake lights / indicator light's glowing.

Found my value.
It's called "Ambient Occlusion Scaler", however this value also changes the azimuth color, so you have to play carefully with it.
