Alright so I'm trying to make my vehicle lights stronger by adjusting the timecyc. I know it's possible, because I once managed to make the lights stronger by adjusting a value, I just don't have a clue which one. It could be in the "Other parameters" section in EditIV, but I can't seem to find it.
Now I know you can increase the vehicle lights strenght by adjusting the visualsettings.dat file, however it's already on a high value, and it works perfeclty at night. But recently I changed my daytime, and it included rewriting a few values and now I lost a lot of bloom in the process, so the lights aren't as strong as I want them to be. Anyone know which value is it?
Also another question is, is it possible to reduce the street light's glow, without ruining other lights?

Thanks for the reply, I tried adjusting the "54=Glow Lights Size"; "55=Lights Sprite Size" and "60=St.light power distance" however it had no effect. Also exposure and mid grey value just makes my game brighter. But I'm fairly certain there was a value, that when I increased, the vehicle's lights actually started glowing much stronger. I'm not talking about the sprite, I'm talking about the actual headlight glowing more. I'm afraid if I change the min luminosity, it'll make the whole game glow more, not just the lights. Also I haven't touched these values as far as I remember. I also tried increasing bloom to like 15 from 5, and it had no noticeable effect.
