In addition it would be cool if somehow the Manhattan / Algonquin skyline was used eg.

Thanks for trying Sorv, but it's quite not what I was looking for.

So far, Don Forelli's first submission is the best so far, what's lacking in that is, a thinner border, some gold somewhere and darker blue in terms of colour, the wording layout could be a little better too. My own description was a bit vague.

So to elaborate:

GTAF Gang Wars Attack on Algonquin The Final War

Also be cool if the Statue of Liberty was slightly altered to have a coffee cup and the buildings were all black.
