Can't believe what happened so far...

I Was modding SAAT Gui in GENRL,i wanted to change the infernus' sound then suddenly,i double clicked GENRL then it says:

"Saat returned the following message:Error reading archive genrl,Sound bank_32 claims to have 34537284 sounds, but maximum allowed is 400

and that also crashes my game

That's the error that occurs when you're using the wrong BankLkup.dat (in audio/CONFIG). All files in audio/SFX including GENRL are connected to a specific BankLkup.dat, so if you start your modding with the original GENRL and original BankLkup.dat, there shouldn't be any problems.

Also, try using SAAT with the command prompt method, it's a lot easier in my opinion, and it doesn't involve any third party programs.

This. It's also much more reliable, as (unofficial) GUI fails at many things, like BEATS exporting.
