Hello,
Im new and im Canadian french sorry for the faults

i have modded Gta San andreas with a lot of mod like .. SRT 3 1.7,Project Oblivion 2010,Icenhancer 2.0,real crip and other minor mods
and when i jump from a building or plane the game flashing intensive and crash after deploy the parachute... i know it's not the parachute
because when im in another place like the country the game is normal....

Do a un-install, delete ALL the remaining stuff from the install directory, delete the .set file from the User Files Folder in Documents, then re-install and play the game WITHOUT mods and see if the problem persists-if it doesn't, then the mods were the problem...

If you have V1, update to the V1.01 official patch, as it has a lot of bug fixes...If V2 or V3, you have the latest fixes already installed...
