I would like to know how to increase the blast range of grenade, i would like to blow it up on a side of the road and when it explodes it will have to destroy the other side of the road too, just like a real bomb nowadays. I think it depends on range & splash and radius, but not sure.

There's a mod called "Atomic Explosion Mod" made by Rappo. It's on gta-downloads I think.

You can enhance weapons by replacing the weapons.dat file (or editing it by yourself).

I know but VC is more fun to me than IV and there could be big boom in VC also, i don't want super graphics, i just want explosion

Suggestion,
you can create fire & explosion with opcodes,
don't ask me HOW

You can increase the damage range in weapon.dat. It won't make a bigger effect though.
