Each platform has different multiplayer clothes in IV/TLaD/TBoGT so first of all you have to tell us which one do you ask about

Not sure if its accurate... but it says you must be rank 10 here.

This is interesting, it could be. But it label's "white" bandana, and the only white bandana would be the skull bandana you get at 10.

I suppose if I could find a 48 hour, I'd use a new account and see if the lower levels have red & blue or if it really is level 10. I hope it's not level 10 though.

Skull Bandana unlocked at levl 9 and the red white and blue at level 10 and all consoles have the same clothing for tlad and tbogt it was on gta iv were pc had different clothing to consoles not the expansions
