GTA Garage crash/game stuck

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 8, 2012	So i try to download a rim/wheel mod for pc.. But i may wrongly put a file somewhere and when i try to apply a wheel at any mod garage, the game stuck but the radio still working until i open up task manager and end it. What should i do? Is there anything that i have to download back? I think i had touched the veh_mod.ide and replace it wrongly... Someone help me!
